Sustainability Policy

We have made a conscious effort to limit waste and ensure our products and packaging are recyclable wherever possible, but we know we have a long way to go. We're working hard to do better, and we plan to keep building a brand with sustainability at the centre. It will be an ongoing journey, but we are committed to improving and being kinder to the earth we live on.

Our Sustainability Policy

In a dynamic and ever-changing world, we believe it is important to take an active part in creating a positive impact. HUSSSH — Hush Scandinavia AB — is committed to addressing the environmental and social effects of our operations over the long term: reducing our climate impact and improving environmental and working conditions across our value chain. We work in collaboration with our partners and suppliers, with transparency as a guiding principle, and we treat compliance with Swedish and EU law as the baseline, not the goal.

Environmental Policy

Our environmental commitments are to:

• limit waste and choose recyclable packaging wherever possible, and meet producer-responsibility requirements for the packaging we place on the market, including the Swedish Ordinance on Producer Responsibility for Packaging (SFS 2022:1274) and the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40
• support the transition to a circular economy
• use climate-efficient transport and build long-term partnerships with suppliers who share our environmental goals
• train our employees on environmental and quality matters
• require our suppliers and subcontractors to operate in an environmentally responsible way, within applicable legal frameworks

Honest Environmental Claims

We do not make generic environmental claims such as "eco-friendly" or "green", and any specific environmental claim we make is supported by evidence, in line with the Swedish Marketing Act and Directive (EU) 2024/825 on empowering consumers for the green transition.

Responsible Manufacturing

HUSSSH® haircare is manufactured in a facility certified to ISO 22716, the international standard for cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice, and audited under the amfori BSCI programme. We hold our partners to the standards in our Code of Conduct & Business Ethics. Animal testing of cosmetic products and their ingredients is prohibited in the EU under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, and our cosmetic products comply.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Our workplace should allow everyone to work without harm to their health or safety, and should support both professional and personal development. Safety considerations inform all our decisions and activities, in line with the Swedish Work Environment Act (SFS 1977:1160) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's provisions on systematic work environment management (AFS 2023:1). We are committed to:

• integrating occupational health and safety into all our operations
• working on safety together — management, employees and their representatives
• giving every employee a thorough introduction and appropriate safety training
• regularly assessing risks in the physical and organisational working environment, and acting on what we find
• reviewing our occupational health and safety work systematically every year
• visible leadership that shows respect for every employee
• collective protective measures, adapted to individual needs where required
• continuous competence development that supports professional growth

We uphold these principles through active environmental, quality and safety work.
