Our commitment to ensuring forced labour, slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain.
Last updated: September 2026
Slavery, forced labour and human trafficking remain a hidden blight on our global society. We all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain. This policy applies to HUSSSH — Hush Scandinavia AB ("the Company") — and sets out what we expect from our suppliers and partners.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to taking reasonable steps to ensure that slavery, forced labour and human trafficking are not taking place in any business or organisation with which we have a business relationship. Our approach follows the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the ILO core conventions, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. We support the objectives of the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (EU) 2024/1760 and of Regulation (EU) 2024/3015, which prohibits products made with forced labour on the EU market.
Our values — focus, transparency, respect and integrity — underpin everything we do, and our Code of Conduct & Business Ethics embeds respect for human rights and labour rights across the business. The Company has zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. We:
Managers are responsible for compliance within their areas and in their supplier relationships, and have been trained accordingly. All employees receive an induction in which our policies, procedures and expectations are explained.
We use the following indicators to measure our effectiveness:
Anyone can report a concern about forced labour, slavery or human trafficking connected to our business, confidentially and without fear of retaliation, to hush@hushscandinavia.se. Reporters are protected in line with the Swedish Whistleblower Act (SFS 2021:890) and the EU Whistleblowing Directive (EU) 2019/1937. Suspected human trafficking can also be reported to the Swedish Police Authority (Polisen) on 114 14, or on 112 in an emergency.
