Making our trade site accessible to everyone.
Statement published: September 2026 · Last updated: September 2026
At HUSSSH, we're dedicated to making our website accessible to everyone. We follow the European Accessibility Act — Directive (EU) 2019/882, implemented in Sweden by the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services (Lag om vissa produkters och tjänsters tillgänglighet, SFS 2023:254) — and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, as referenced in the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, to ensure an inclusive digital experience for all our users.
Currently, the HUSSSH trade site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Every page declares its language, all images carry alternative text, all form fields have associated labels, and all buttons and links have accessible names.
We are actively working to resolve these issues in an upcoming update.
Our accessibility is assessed through a combination of internal manual testing and automated tools such as Lighthouse and WAVE.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers not listed here, or believe we're not meeting legal standards, please contact us at hush@hushscandinavia.se. We will reply and, where we can, provide the information you need in an accessible format.
If you're not satisfied with our response to your feedback, you can contact the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (Post- och telestyrelsen, PTS), which supervises compliance with that Act for private-sector services: www.pts.se
